PROCEDURE FOR JOINT VENTURE :

1) Write a Letter of Intention to Inspect, which should also include the investor's information and you may request for the Survey Plan too in your Letter.

2) Conduct of Physical Inspection at Site

3) Release of Survey to the Developer (not agent or proxy) on the day of Inspection.

4) Presentation of proposal to the owner and Presentation of evidence of previous jobs

5) Signing of our 10% brokerage fee and MOU.

6) Formal Acceptance by the Owner of the Proposal.

7) Release of Title Documents for necessary Legal Search and Verification.
